Comments: Wow! I can't believe it's been 25 years already....where has the time gone? And I am among the
guilty ones for being so disconnected for so long. The 25th reunion picnic at Lake Stephens sounds great! This
time I can take time away from my medicine practice (it's good to be a partner) and make it up to catch up with
old friends. Hope to hear from some of you soon.

Brad Richmond, Sheri (Farley) McGraw and myself are organizing a Sat. picnic at Shelter no. 1 at Lake Stephens. There
will also be a group reservation at Hatfields and McCoys for those interested. We are hoping to get as many interested
parties as possible to RSVP Brad by April 17th. There will be a minimal per person charge to be determined after we can
get a rough estimate of attendees.
The picnic will be catered and the Outdoor Drama will be included in the cost.
Also an informal get together on Friday June 16th at a local gathering place to be announced.

target date is going to be early to late June 2006.
Why: Word has it there wasn't going to be another reunion until 2011. Mike and I thought it important to have a 25
Year (Silver) reunion. I’m not on the graduating list for 1981, because I didn’t graduate from Woodrow Wilson, but I
went to school with a great many of the graduates from 1st grade through 10th grade, so I have a particular interest
in meeting up with a bunch of the old friends I left behind in 79.

Mary Anna Robertson Bruce
KEYSER - Mary Anna Robertson Bruce, 40, of Route 5, Box 806, Waxler Road, formerly of Beckley, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2003, at her residence.
Born Dec. 14, 1962, in Beckley, she was the daughter of the late Rufus Gordon and Anna Ruth Freeman Robertson.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Juanita Robertson.
Mrs. Bruce was employed as a day care provider with the Catamount Children's Center in Keyser and was a member of Message of Love Fellowship on Waxler Road.
Survivors include her husband of two years, Michael William Bruce; a son, Nicholas Robertson of Beckley; a granddaughter, Makaiya Bryant of Beckley; her father and mother-in-law, Bernard W. and Esther Bruce of Keyser; two brothers, James Robertson and wife, Martha, of Carson, Calif., and Cedric Robertson and wife, Drema, of Beckley; four sisters, Minnie Bowles, Doris McCray and Sandra Rhodes and husband, Reginald, all of Beckley, and Robin Wilson of Detroit, Mich.; three aunts; an uncle; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
Service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Heart of God Ministries, 1703 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, with Bishop Fred T. Simms, the Rev. Bernard W. Bruce and Evangelist Drema Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley.
Friends may call one hour before service Saturday at the church.

from the music business (not that I was in very deeply to begin with). I'm in Beckley 12+ times a year.
I can't get the place out of my system. I have very fond memories of WWHS. WWHS gave me wings and I guess

Comments: I quit this school when I was 16, and I have thought about it since I had resigned from it.
I wished that I had taken the opportunity then to be one of it's graduates.
That Eagle stands for something that you can never forget. Honor, Strength, Freedom,
Pride, and Survival. That's what I take it for. Out here in this life time, diploma's will play
a big part in your life as to how your future will be when you are ready for it. My parents are

the Cliff Notes version. I'm alive, well, and (still) living in Beckley! I earned
my undergrads from Beckley College (now Mt. State U) in '86 and WV Tech in '89 and a
MBA from the University of Charleston in '94. I'm single and childless (amen!) and I also
do a bit of traveling (this summer I'm spending a couple of weeks in Austria
and Italy). I work as a receptionist at Brown & Levicoff, a law firm in Beckley.
